M Renovations Ltd is an independent building contractor. Our team is made up of qualified, trusted tradespeople who have worked together across years of projects, managed as one crew with one standard.

Where we differ from the rest is simple: once the build starts, it is ours. Every trade, every delivery, every inspection, run by one team to one programme. You have one person to call and one standard to hold us to.

Most of our work comes to us the old fashioned way, by recommendation. A kitchen leads to a loft, a loft leads to the neighbour’s extension. That only happens when jobs finish well, so finishing well is the whole business.

And it is all London. North, south, east and west, wherever the next good job is. London houses, London streets, London logic: this whole city is our patch, and we rarely leave it.

Ninety five percent of what we build is residential. The rest is commercial work held to exactly the same standard, because a standard that bends is not a standard.
