New builds in detail
Most London lofts have room for a bedroom and bathroom, or the home office you’ve been promising yourself. Many don’t need full planning permission, and most families stay living downstairs while we work above.
We check head height, stairs and structure first, so you know exactly what’s possible before you commit to anything.

Rewiring, plumbing, plastering, joinery and decorating, all sequenced by us so no trade is waiting on another and the job finishes on the date we gave you.
